Terms of Service
1. What REXOH Cloud is
REXOH Cloud (“the Service”) is operated by REXOH LLC (“we”, “us”). It lets you take a product listing from a supplier site such as AliExpress and create a corresponding product in your own Shopify store, with a title and description written by an AI model, specifications and variants fetched from the supplier's official API where available, and a price computed from the supplier's cost and a markup you choose. The Service is delivered through this website (your console), a browser extension and, for some users, a desktop application.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your password and your API token private; anything done with your token counts as done by you. You can regenerate or revoke the token at any time in your console. One account is for one business; do not share it.
3. Your store and your credentials
To create products we need access to your Shopify store. You grant it either by entering the credentials of an app you created in your own Shopify account, or — once available — by approving our Shopify app. Credentials are encrypted on our server, are never shown back to you or sent to any browser, and are used for one purpose only: creating and updating products in the store you connected. You can remove them at any time; removing them stops the Service for that store.
4. Plans, limits and payment
The Free plan includes a fixed number of imports per calendar month, shown in your console; the counter resets on the first day of each month. The Pro plan removes that limit for a monthly fee shown in your console at the time you upgrade. Until online payment is available, Pro is enabled by us on request and invoiced by e-mail. Fees are non-refundable for the month already started. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by e-mail; the change applies from your next billing month.
5. What you are responsible for
The products you import are yours. You are responsible for everything you sell: that you are allowed to sell it, that the listing is accurate, that prices, taxes, shipping and returns comply with the law where you sell, and that you have the right to use the supplier's images and text. The AI writes drafts from the supplier's data; review every listing before you rely on it — AI text can be wrong, and we do not verify claims about products. Reviews or other content copied from a supplier may be restricted by law or by the platforms; you decide what to publish. We never place orders, move money or touch your customers' payments.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to list counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or deceptive products; to infringe anyone's rights; to scrape or overload third-party sites beyond what the extension does on pages you open yourself; or to attack, probe or reverse-engineer the Service. Do not resell or share access. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after contacting you where we reasonably can.
7. Third parties
The Service depends on Shopify, the supplier's platform and API (for example AliExpress), and AI providers. Their availability, rules and prices are outside our control, and we may have to change or remove a feature when they change theirs. You remain bound by their terms when you use them through us.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it; we may take it offline for maintenance or when a third party fails. Support is by e-mail at support@test.rexoh.io, in English, on business days.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: revoke your token, remove your store credentials, and ask us to delete your account. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break section 6. Products already created in your Shopify store remain yours and are untouched.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail and in the console at least 14 days before they apply. Continued use after that date means you accept them. These terms are governed by Swiss law; courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
